Do you accept returns or refunds?

At Garden Alchemy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us before sending any item back to receive return instructions and authorization.
