We accept returns on both unopened and opened items. Restocking fees apply:
- Unopened items: 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping
- Opened or used items: 30% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping
Your refund will be the item total minus the restocking fee and return shipping. Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
